Books, gift baskets, gift boxes and/or artwork may be ordered by e-mail, fax or regular mail. For artwork, please reserve your choice by fax or e-mail; the artwork will be marked “sold”; payment should reach us within 45 days by mail. All items are shipped after payment is received.
When ordering books only by e-mail or fax, please follow up promptly by sending in payment; your books will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Artwork, gift baskets and boxes and books may be ordered and shipped together. To place an order for art or books, click on the personal or retail order link below, or on an order link on the books/novel/artwork feature pages. Gift baskets and boxes can be ordered through the e-mail link in the Gift Basket/Box service page.
Cheques or money orders (bank or postal) should be made payable to "Empress Books". Payment may also be made by PayPal; if choosing this option, you will be invoiced directly from PayPal once we receive the necessary details. Payment is accepted in all currencies; we will advise on exchange rates and the amount due in your currency. We pay all GST charges.
